I am such a loser in giving titles to my posts. Anyway, for our benefactors, here is a little more detailed narration of how we went about the relief operations in Ivisan. The night before we were set to go, the boys had a final count of the family packs – 427. Ivisan is a big town in Capiz with around 15 barangays so we didn’t really have enough to give everyone. We decided to go to Brgy. Balaring first. It is a 20-minute drive up in the mountains from the town proper. We went up to the hilly parts and went downhill to the beach as well. Help hardly reached the people and it takes so much effort for them to travel to the town for food and water.
