Fundraising for the CAFOD Philippines Typhoon Appeal

CAFOD Birmingham Blog

St Benedict’s Catholic High School in Alcester pulled out all the stops to raise money for CAFOD’s Philippines Typhoon Appeal.

Pupils had a choice of wearing a novelty tie for a donation or to walk/run a mile for sponsorship. Some did both. Headteacher Mr Sara and Mr Hendry donned their sports kit to run with the pupils while other members of staff gave donations, raising a tremendous £4000.
