Bulig Panay is a relief and rehabilitation campaign for poor rural communities in Capiz and Iloilo devastated by Super Typhoon Yolanda.

We are mobilizing funds for relief and rehabilitation efforts in Capiz and Iloilo. We appeal to your good hearts to help the rural communities in Visayas to recover. Capiz and Iloilo were two of the hardest hit provinces by Super Typhoon Yolanda.CARRD Executive Director Edwin Nerva and the Visayas staff have gone to our partner communities to assess their immediate and long-term needs in relation to the damage caused by the typhoon.
