NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, March 7 (PIA6) – – The cities of Cadiz, Sagay and Escalante, all of the northern Negros Occidental and all affected of typhoon Yolanda are soon to have a brighter sun on their side with RAY or the Reconstruction Assistance on Yolanda.

RAY is a convergence project led by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Agriculture (DA), Technical Education, Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
