Last January 26-29, 2014, my team YeonWoo with Vaccine had our Medical Mission for Palo, Leyte, Philippines. A place where one of the devastated areas by typhoon Yolanda (a.k.a. Haiyan). Me and my team from Korea arrived in Cebu at January 26 early morning and went to Tacloban right away by plane.
We were surprised that the situation in Tacloban and in Palo, Leyte were still much the same when me and my team went 2 months ago to give help as well. No electricity and water still and people have to get water in pale. Electricity is only available in establishments with generators and major streets.
